2. What data we process

Only what you send us through the contact and indoor-area booking forms: name, email, phone and message (and, if you provide them, company, date, time, number of guests and type of event).

3. Purpose

To reply to your request or enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the booking you ask for. We do not profile you, send advertising or make automated decisions.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request prior to a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to reply and handle your request, and at most one year after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Messages reach our email account, a Google service; the website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers act as processors with appropriate safeguards (including EU standard contractual clauses for international transfers).

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected] or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies and external services

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores your chosen language in your browser (localStorage), which is never sent to us. The OpenStreetMap map on the contact page does not load until you press “Show map”; at that point your browser connects to OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address. Links to Google Maps and OpenStreetMap open third-party sites with their own policies.

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
